What do I bring to my Intial visit to ent clinic?

As a patient, you should come at least 20 minutes before your appointment time, as there is a process to fill out a form, giving your personal details to the receptionist; these things take time. There are some other patients also, so you should go there 20 minutes before. You should also carry your Aadhar card while you are visiting a doctor, as they will need it. If your age is less than 18 years, then you should visit the clinic with your parent or elder brother, or elder friend.

Do you attend to new patients daily?

We have an audiology expert available in our clinic who can perform any type of hearing test for patients. Our audiology tests are 100% safe and painless, if doctor suggest you go for a PTA test, then it can be performed in our clinic.

Do you offer allergy testing?

We have a team who perform blood tests and allergy tests on patients. If you require this type of test, then we can perform this test on you.

Do you accept insurance?

We do accept medical insurance, but there is a process for that. First of all, we have to check your policy and talk to your policy agent. Only then can we confirm you about health insurance.

Can I get a discount on my treatment?

You can get a discount if your treatment cost is heavy you can talk to a doctor assistant you can give you a discount after talking with the doctor. We have a charitable clinic for poor patients.
